　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.

　　Requirements:

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
6 J2 S! H; {4 s) n/ Z! X　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
2 I+ @* s+ O+ |' }- ?　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
4 V3 [2 L2 H/ n+ }, C& v8 y  b　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
7 L3 v* r0 O5 N: J  o& Q" N　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
( J- C3 _7 A2 D, v6 g$ K　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
+ V5 y  _  X4 n　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
/ i& v9 Z9 Z. n* ~　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
% |8 h+ H8 s* K# j/ ?8 i　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
