　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
  n; j3 z0 g! ]) F$ q& ^　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
5 N$ i4 y( X: A5 `, G　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
* M: J/ i& o4 G0 v$ u　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
2 R( q/ Y& A1 m% h# R1 X# i3 }　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
# v4 ]% q8 S0 N　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
9 i7 v! Z$ u% q5 G　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  i; p: p9 w/ I. W; I　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
  t5 o) f) Q/ r) T' V# I  E　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
) d6 B2 E7 ^5 w+ u# Y* G　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
