　　Responsibilities:
( Z. ]7 [+ ~4 I) I. L; T( |　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
9 |% I- X, |( V　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
$ v& l9 _6 j  ^" k7 I. H　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
6 ~( }# h: K+ f) n- @. c! g　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；

+ D0 e; y' w3 V( h　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
+ ^' I0 E' v# W* Z& `7 ^/ q; k2 G: @　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
2 ^% Q' R! @+ c4 A　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
