　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
$ `3 Y# h6 ^' J/ A　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
9 z0 H: _4 F. i　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
! Q: H6 V5 z5 Z　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
+ v2 J. G$ ]0 k: _% y2 i' K　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
+ W! ^, y8 b, o3 Y　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
# j6 W4 h- H7 y$ L) h7 q; j3 ^　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
+ e  C) h6 U2 W( \4 H/ {1 p: a5 i　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
; j! m. t4 \: y3 y　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
( I4 C) T) D, y3 ~3 L　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
- s- ?% D# ^8 L2 E% S/ c　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
