　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；

9 V5 J# U/ q6 J; B6 P+ O: \: ]. ?　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
4 S( E- |0 \1 Q" m+ y& I　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
7 c2 q4 T' D- N' P　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；

　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
; V: O' l) e/ C  C% @7 P　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;

) U2 r3 J* [7 U6 y& I! K　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);

　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
