　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
, F$ F7 }' g5 W: p% J　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
( x7 @( N  H/ _6 v　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
  y0 h3 E0 i3 a$ @5 b& Z　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
( A+ x3 N5 x" G( P/ t* ]- y　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
2 T; N3 M0 m; M6 i　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
4 \7 j2 p/ ]3 w　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
/ e3 }! G. i, h" c7 a　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
' A2 j, ^0 b4 @$ ^　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
* S6 q, t6 k5 S$ `7 f, Z( c　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
