　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
0 q/ ?5 i3 ]9 r　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
) e1 |( _# c: G/ J: z6 g3 G' c　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
4 f! X- N6 K  Z2 I; s　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
1 ]7 M2 y+ Q' T2 Z　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
7 r! F0 x- o! s8 j% ~" C, L　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
5 I  g% o0 l! @　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
" S, m0 Q7 D" u( v$ B　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
& u, r* }3 G( J& m$ b' m4 @! ^9 s4 z　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
1 _% e3 C! H2 @5 k　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
  i- Y2 Y) Z( }　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
6 p- j* {! L$ p　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
* X! _' l& @: c" C　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
